Job summary

Chainpatrol Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. This 100% remote role is LatAm-based, serving Sales, Marketing and Professional Services.

You will own the process from initial hiring-manager alignment through offer rollout, using LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing and ADP ATS to maintain data integrity. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fast-paced tech recruitment and strong screening and

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
Proven ownership of recruitment from outreach to offer.
Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
Experience screening and behavioral interviewing.
Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles preferred; ADP ATS experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services).
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive timelines.
Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a high-quality experience.
Maintain ATS data integrity (including ADP) and track progress to optimize sourcing.
