Kelly Services Inc is seeking an Associate Recruiter for a fully remote role across the Americas. The role requires 1–2 years of recruiting experience and bilingual Spanish/English skills.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and Kelly's Bullhorn ATS. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, ensure an inclusive selection process, and maintain candidate communications throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
