Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions. You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an inclusive, fair selection process.

This fully remote role supports recruiting across the Americas, requires bilingual Spanish/English capabilities, and you will manage candidate communications and ATS

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Knowledge of ATS systems such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics.
• Knowledge of employment practices and compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an inclusive selection process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
