Kelly Services is hiring an Associate Recruiter for a fully remote role helping us recruit across the Americas. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple lines/functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards and social networks.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and ensure fair selection.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the process and provide a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting for process improvement.
• Help build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
