Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines in a fully remote role for the Americas. You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and Bullhorn, while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates via boards, social media, and referrals.
• Familiarity with ATS such as Bullhorn/Avature/Workday/Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering candidate experience.
• Good organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail with sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Understanding employment practices and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on staffing needs.
• Manage candidate communications across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting for process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring.
