Kelly Services is hiring a remote Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Americas. You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse.

In this role you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, manage candidate communications, and build talent pipelines. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and you will align schedules to Pacific Time.

Formación

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Working knowledge of ATS, such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
