Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting across multiple business lines. This fully remote role covers the Americas with schedule aligned to Pacific Standard Time.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and maintaining accurate ATS records using Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms. A bilingual Spanish/English background is preferred.

Formación

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Working knowledge of ATS such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure inclusive selection process.
• Manage candidate communications and provide a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruiting activity.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
