Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Americas in a fully remote role. You will source, screen and engage candidates, conduct recruiter screens, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a fair and inclusive process.

You will maintain accurate records in Bullhorn or similar ATS, contribute to recruiting metrics, and build pipelines for current and future needs.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards and social media.
• Familiarity with ATS such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday or Greenhouse.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure fair and inclusive recruitment.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
