Niche is seeking a Staff Design Systems Engineer to overhaul Expedite with the Product Design team. You’ll build accessible, production-ready components, define AI tooling guidelines, and drive design-to-code workflows across web and mobile.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience in design systems or UX engineering.
• Proficient with modern design tooling and a strong POV on tooling direction.
• Regular user of LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) in workflow with AI projects to share.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating ship-ready design system work.

Responsabilidades

• Design, refine and ship reusable components and tokens for web and mobile.
• Contribute code and guide production contributions with AI tooling and guidelines.
• Define LLM guidelines aligned with the design system and prototypes.
• Create internal tooling and guides to adopt generative AI in workflows.
• Shape Niche's visual language and component libraries, including typography and UI patterns.
