Sparkrock is seeking an AI-Native Software Engineering Director to lead the transformation of how software is designed, built, tested, and delivered. This is a leadership role focused on building an engineering operating system for the AI era, with an emphasis on experiments, guardrails, and coaching across global, fully remote teams.

You will design and run AI-driven experiments, define QA standards, and coach engineers to achieve higher productivity, quality, and innovation while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering delivering production software systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, run, and measure AI-Native software development and QA experiments.
• Establish AI-Native development standards, guardrails, and templates.
• Coach engineers and leaders to maximize productivity, quality, and innovation.
• Scale AI-Native practices across multiple teams and orgs.
• Define safety, maintainability, and security considerations for AI-generated code.
