NILO BRANDS, INC. is seeking an experienced AI Engineer / Automation Specialist to design and scale advanced n8n automations and AI-powered workflows.

You will maintain Monday.com integrations, build BI dashboards, and develop robust data pipelines, with a focus on clean, scalable architecture and minimal manual intervention. The role requires strong n8n expertise, OpenAI/LLMs experience, and proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and BI tools.

Formación

• Advanced/Expert-level n8n experience.
• Production-ready automation workflows.
• Clean, scalable workflow architecture.
• Experience with OpenAI/LLMs, APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Monday.com and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced English.
• JavaScript/Python and Make/Zapier a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain advanced n8n workflows with clear architecture.
• Build and troubleshoot Monday.com automations, cross-board logic and integrations.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, conditional logic, error handling, monitoring, and retries.
• Build AI-powered workflows using OpenAI/LLMs and OCR for document/image processing.
• Engineer prompts for consistent outputs and integrate AI results into business workflows.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or Metabase.
• Create lightweight data pipelines connecting Monday.com, Google Sheets and other systems.
• Monitor data quality and produce recurring reports and insights.
