Deel is hiring a Principal Designer to work with the Chief Design Officer on frontier design initiatives, shaping orchestration across an end-to-end experience layer. This seat evolves as the frontier moves, with a focus on intent-to-resolution workflows and personalized, adaptive experiences.

You will design across surfaces, partner with cross-functional teams, prototype rapidly, and push design patterns forward while maintaining a high craft bar that harmonizes with the Deel brand.

Formación

• 10+ years in design with 2+ years at principal level or equivalent seniority.
• Individual contributor in fast-paced, high-complexity product environments.
• Design across product surfaces and organizational boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Take undefined vision and turn into prototyped, shippable experience.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design leads for coherence and scalability.
• Prototype and test novel interaction paradigms at the frontier.
• Design experiences powered by personalization and segmentation systems.
• Advance design patterns and contribute to the design system direction.
• Align product, engineering and leadership through compelling narratives.
