Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of our products, driving design excellence and delivering delightful customer experiences. You will lead design initiatives across vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

You will mentor other Product Designers, champion Design Systems, and balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Formación

• Strong passion for product and UX design with impact.
• 5–7 years of experience in fast-paced environments, with leadership as Staff Product Designer.
• Expert in UI, UX, and visual design.
• Experience with AI-powered product experiences.
• Data-informed design approach.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance user and business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver product design across multiple initiatives aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to build coherent experiences.
• Champion the Deel UI/Design System strategy.
• Design, prototype, and test new features rapidly.
• Provide mentorship to Product Designers and lead design practice rituals.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate ambiguity to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Communicate a design vision and facilitate collaboration across teams.
