You will call potential customers to book portrait sessions, using emotional language to connect and overcome objections. You will also collect payment information and schedule through the CRM, supporting a premium client experience.

The role emphasizes daily calling targets, collaboration with an in-studio sales team, and performance bonuses for high bookings and show-ups.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish with strong rapport-building skills.
• Comfortable collecting payment information by phone.
• Full-time availability required.
• English level C1 or C2.

Responsabilidades

• Make about 125 outbound calls per day.
• Build rapport with potential customers.
• Overcome objections to book portrait sessions.
• Sell a premium, personal experience.
• Use emotional language and ask emotional questions.
• Collect payment information over the phone.
• Send payment links if needed.
• Book appointments in the scheduling system.
