We’re looking for an experienced bilingual appointment setter to connect with people in the United States who are exploring funeral preplanning. You’ll respond to new inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and make targeted outbound calls to arrange qualified in-person or virtual appointments. The role calls for confident outreach and a thoughtful approach to a sensitive topic.

Responsibilities

• Call new leads from Facebook campaigns promptly and follow up consistently.
• Make outbound calls to selected colder prospect lists using the provided scripts.
• Communicate naturally in English or Spanish, according to each prospect’s preference.
• Answer basic questions, handle objections respectfully, and schedule appointments with the advisor.
• Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes, appointments, and next steps.
• Share feedback on lead quality and appointment attendance.

Requirements

You and the advisor have identified which scripts and follow-up approaches are working and where to improve.

What we need you to tackle

Contact new funeral preplanning leads in the United States promptly after they request information. Follow up with prospects who do not answer and keep each conversation moving toward a clear next step. Make outbound calls to selected colder prospect lists when new leads are limited. Speak confidently in English and Spanish, using the provided scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation. Schedule qualified in-person or Zoom appointments for the advisor and track which appointments are attended. Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
