Job summary

Savvital is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to serve as the primary voice for our US-based salon and barberspa clients. This remote role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience while driving revenue through phone sales, appointment setting, and lead conversion.

You will convert inquiries into booked appointments, handle objections, and activate dormant customers, with a polished phone presence and 5+ years of proven sales success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience with measurable results.
• Fluent, accent-free spoken English.
• Proven appointment setting and conversion history.
• Experience with follow-up sequences and reactivation of past clients.
• Comfortable closing over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls with a confident, warm, and polished phone demeanor.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into confirmed, booked appointments.
• Close sales over the phone, including service offerings, packages, and upsells.
• Execute structured, persistent follow-up sequences for prospects.
• Reactivate past and inactive clients to win recurring appointments.
• Manage the client appointment calendar end-to-end, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling.
