Virtustant is seeking a Spanish-speaking Appointment Setter to reach out to brokers and promote our healthcare consent SaaS platform. You will make cold calls, send messages, and record outcomes for each contact. This is a part-time remote role requiring organization and reliability.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish with high-level English, have CRM experience, and can work 10 hours per week with flexible hours between 9 AM and 5 PM ET.

Our client has two brands that focus on document signature and consent forms for healthcare. Their platform also uses SMS and email as a marketing tool to reach customers and get signature consent forms.

Job Description

Our client is looking for Spanish-speaking appointment setters. You will make cold calls to potential clients. Your goal is to reach out to brokers and encourage them to use the company's services. You will also need to record information about each contact.

Success in the first 90 days means you can effectively reach out to brokers. You will send 200 messages and complete a form for each contact. This form will note if the prospect is not a fit or not interested.
