Job summary

CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a confident, sales-driven Sales Intake Specialist to be the first contact for potential clients and convert qualified leads into signed clients.

The role requires a strong sales mindset, superb communication, and the ability to guide clients through onboarding remotely, with a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and emphasis on building trust quickly.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication.
• Proven sales experience in intake, consultative sales, or similar high-conversion roles.
• Strong ability to close deals, handle objections, and convert leads into clients.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with urgency and follow‑through.
• Experience with client onboarding, lead follow‑up, and relationship building.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
• Personal injury experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with Filevine, CRM systems, or legal intake processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Conduct high-quality intake calls, gather case details and assess eligibility.
• Build trust and rapport quickly while delivering a professional experience.
• Guide potential clients toward signing with the firm.
• Explain the firm's value, address concerns, and move leads through the process.
• Handle objections and follow up with warm, undecided leads.
• Close contracts and support clients through onboarding to signed agreements.
• Document conversations and lead activity in the CRM/case management systems.
• Review new leads and pending contracts daily, and manage follow-ups.
• Coordinate with legal/intake teams for a smooth handoff after signing.
• Organize contracts and intake-related files (documentation, letters, photos).
