Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an aggressive outbound appointment setter for its remote call center team. You will place outbound calls to secure appointments for upgraded home services products and maintenance plans, and you may handle inbound inquiries as part of an integrated center.

The role requires a confident, clear communicator with experience in outbound sales, preferably with English at C2 level. Spanish skills are a plus, and the position offers a full-time remote arrangement with commission

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
• C2 level English with very clear communication and minimal accent.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects to book appointments for upgraded home products.
• Call existing customers to schedule maintenance appointments for monthly contracts.
• Handle inbound calls as part of an integrated call center and support customers.
• Meet KPIs for call volume, talk time, and booking rates.
