Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LATAM function. You will work on a large software portfolio, interpret licensing terms, and support compliance and optimization across multiple publishers.

Role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and external vendors in a high-volume environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Familiarity with multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance and audits.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting.
