Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization or audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics, entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records (purchasing/licensing).
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Handle high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requests; drive SAM process improvements.
