Job summary

MyPlace is a remote guest engagement platform for hospitality, seeking an SMB Account Executive based in Latin America with US hours. You will take ownership of opportunities from outbound and inbound channels, conducting concise calls and focused demos, guiding deals to close while maintaining CRM discipline.

You’ll work directly with the founder as the fifth team member, with existing leads and a defined sales process, and room to shape and scale the sales function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing SaaS or B2B with own quota.
• Proven phone-selling, discovery, and closing without long demos.
• Experience with high-volume, short-cycle sales.
• Strong commercial judgment and follow-up.
• Organized, process-driven with CRM discipline.
• Native or near-native English.
• Coachable with remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Run 15–30 minute sales conversations primarily over the phone.
• Deliver focused demos when needed and manage multiple stakeholders on larger opportunities.
• Follow up and close, sending recap emails and coordinating next steps.
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline in Attio and hand won deals to onboarding.
