Atomic Hr is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple partner accounts in higher education and nonprofit sectors. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, guiding content, technical, and analytics work across cross-functional teams.

You will develop long-term organic growth plans, lead technical SEO initiatives, analyze performance, and identify opportunities in SEO, AEO, and GEO while staying ahead of AI-driven search

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Agency experience or multi-site exposure preferred
• Proficient with Google Search Console and GA4
• Strong written communication and ability to spec fixes for developers

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across multiple higher education partner accounts
• Build SEO roadmaps aligned with enrollment goals and business objectives
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking
• Partner with Web Development teams to implement technical SEO improvements
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and hubs for search visibility and AI discoverability
• Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority across the student journey
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs to deliver actionable insights
• Own monthly SEO reporting and communicate strategic recommendations
• Stay current on search algorithm updates and AI search advancements
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and AI tools to improve workflows
• Contribute to SEO documentation and continuous process improvements
