Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Sr. Paid Search Manager to lead strategy and execution for university-focused partners, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and high-intent enrollment goals.

You will mentor the paid media team, collaborate with Analytics and Creative teams, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations to drive growth for education-focused clients. The role is fully remote with opportunities for leadership and growth in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience in an agency or multi-account environment.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation, inquiries, or enrollments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Search strategy and execution primarily across Google Ads.
• Develop and optimize keyword strategies based on search intent and partner goals.
• Build and manage campaigns, ad groups, keywords, match types, bidding strategies, and budgets.
• Write and optimize search ad copy aligned with user intent and conversion goals.
• Monitor performance and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Analyze search queries and conversion data to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute ongoing testing across keywords, bids, ads, and landing pages.
• Translate performance data into insights and strategic recommendations for partners.
