Job summary
Grow UP HR is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 engineer to own the administration of the firm’s collaboration and endpoint platforms. This level 3 role involves resolving escalations, driving automation projects, and communicating clearly with executives and technical staff.
You will work fully remotely as a contractor, with occasional travel to the United States and support during US Central business hours. Advanced English is required and a track record of 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years on
Qualifications
- Advanced English with daily interaction with executives and international teams.
- 10+ years of professional technology experience, including 5+ years on Microsoft 365 engineering.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Security & Compliance Center and licensing.
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID and the Microsoft Identity Platform.
- Hands-on administration of SaaS platforms (Zoom, Slack) at admin console level.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME and administrator for Microsoft 365 configuration and policies.
- Administer SaaS collaboration platforms: Box, Zoom and Slack.
- Manage device enrollment and endpoint policy via Microsoft Intune and MDM.
- Own identity and access management across Microsoft 365, AD and Okta.
- Handle compliance and data retention with Microsoft Purview.
