Grow UP HR is seeking a Senior Software Development Consultant (Full Stack) to join a technology team focused on investment management platforms. The role involves building scalable, data-driven applications and collaborating with business teams to support decision-making.

You will work on full stack solutions using React and Python/Java, leverage AWS and Snowflake, and contribute to data pipelines and data warehousing in a fully remote, freelance engagement. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full stack development with React and Python/Java backend.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of Snowflake data platform and data pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications (React frontend, backend services).
• Build and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Participate in data integration, transformation, and delivery across systems.
• Develop data warehouses, data marts, and reporting structures.
• Work with Snowflake and integrate CRM and other systems.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure reliable, scalable data flows.
• Provide technical solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
