Job summary

Remote is seeking an HR AI and Automation Operations Lead to drive the design and delivery of intelligent automation in HR across global platforms. You will partner with Operations, Product, Design, Engineering and IT to scale high‑volume HR tasks with AI and low‑code tooling.

You will own end‑to‑end automation programs, improve data pipelines, and ensure compliance while mentoring junior engineers and fostering cross‑functional collaboration in a fast paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR AI, automation, or related Ops initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance in HR workflows.
• Proven ability to design scalable automation across HRIS, payroll, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategy and own multi‑phase initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect automated workflows.
• Build data pipelines across HRIS, case management, payroll, and tools.
• Prototype and deploy rapid automations using low‑code platforms.
• Deploy AI tools to enhance efficiency, compliance and user experience.
• Establish governance, retries, guardrails and auditing for HR automation.
