Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical customer journey across discovery, solution design, POV execution, and production success. The role spans on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, handling unstructured data at scale, AI readiness, and governance/compliance.

You will partner with Sales to deliver measurable value inside customer environments and drive adoption. Ideal candidates will have enterprise infra experience, strong networking/security fundamentals,

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role in Tech/SaaS/AI environments.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud/hybrid.
• Strong networking and security fundamentals.
• Experience with unstructured data environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, AI workflows, and governance considerations.
• Remote work experience with US/UK-based companies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery; translate objectives into scalable solution architectures.
• Deliver live demos, deep dives, and executive-level presentations.
• Design deployment architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Own end-to-end POV engagements including installation, configuration, integration, validation, and outcome measurement.
• Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues; validate throughput and business impact.
• Drive transition from POV to production with documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
