Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to lead desktop and mobile test automation, combining strong automation with hands-on manual testing. You’ll integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria.

This role requires experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, Electron, and React Native across real devices. Ideal candidates will leverage AI tools in QA to enhance accuracy, and contribute to a fast, reliable

Competenze

4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output. Testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

Mansioni

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
