Power Digital Marketing seeks a marketing leader to own a portfolio of core accounts for early-stage and scaling consumer brands. You will drive growth with AI-driven insights, build measurement infrastructure, and guide senior client relationships, often with founders involved. You will lead 1–2 direct reports and mentor analysts for impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with experience on early-stage or scaling brands.
• Experience working with founder-led businesses and fast-moving decisions.
• Ability to build from scratch without brand guidelines or data.

Responsibilities

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Run quarterly reviews and build a prioritized growth roadmap
• Own senior client relationships, including founder involvement
• Establish measurement baselines and scalable infrastructure
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around strategy
• Manage 1–2 direct reports and coach analysts
