Power Digital Marketing in Argentina seeks a Director of Paid Advertising to lead a pod of strategists across Creative, Paid Media, Organic Search, or Social. You will manage talent, own performance, and partner with senior leaders to drive client outcomes.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, mentoring the team, and maintaining a high bar for quality while expanding our pod’s impact across multiple accounts.

Formación

• 7-8 years of digital marketing experience, with 5+ years in an agency setting.
• 5+ years hands-on, expert-level experience in Creative / Paid Media / Organic Search / Social.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team, including performance management and development planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a pod of Strategists within [Channel], including hiring and day-to-day people leadership.
• Develop individual development plans and mentorship for every pod member.
• Oversee pod retention, performance management, and growth paths.
• Provide executive-level oversight for client accounts and direct support for high-priority work.
