Job summary

Power Digital Marketing in Argentina seeks a CPG Marketing Associate Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4-6 brands across beauty, personal care, wellness, and food/bev. You will be the primary strategic partner for clients, translating data into insights and guiding internal teams to meet objectives.

You will drive omnichannel marketing across DTC, retail and Amazon, focusing on growth, performance storytelling, and strong client relationships, with a flexible, fully remote or hybrid work

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in CPG, eCommerce, or retail marketing with client management experience.
• Familiar with DTC, retail media and Amazon basics; understands omnichannel measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own 4-6 CPG accounts and serve as the primary strategic partner for clients.
• Translate data into insights and guide internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Lead cross-channel marketing efforts across DTC, retail, and Amazon to drive revenue growth.
