Power Digital Marketing in Argentina seeks a senior client services leader to own a portfolio of core accounts. You will manage founder‑led brands, drive growth, and build measurement baselines while coordinating cross‑functional teams across paid media, SEO, content, email, and creative.

You will mentor 1–2 analysts, run quarterly reviews, expand client relationships, and maintain a data‑driven, results‑oriented approach. Remote or hybrid options available.

Formación

• 6+ years in marketing, with meaningful experience working with early‑stage or scaling consumer brands.
• Has worked with founder‑led businesses and understands fast decisions and blurred boundaries between strategy and execution.
• Strong prioritization instincts; knows which problems to solve first.
• Comfortable with scrappy media mixes and extracting signal from small budgets.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts, even through rough patches.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem related to your department.
• Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews and build a prioritized roadmap respecting client resources.
• Own senior client relationships, with QBRs as board‑ready updates.
• Help clients build measurement infrastructure and establish baselines.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around a focused account strategy.
• Identify expansion opportunities that fit the client’s stage.
• Manage retention and growth; lead renewals; grow MRR.
• Build multi‑threaded relationships across client contacts to mitigate risk.
• Ensure daily use of Iris, Nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit tools by clients.
• Manage 1–2 direct reports; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Coach analysts and specialists working with startups.
