Freelance Latin America is seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Manager to lead performance-focused campaigns for US and Canadian clients. This fully remote, senior individual contributor role emphasizes measurement, optimization, and strategic thinking across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Display.

You'll oversee multi-account management, monitor budgets up to six figures monthly, implement GA4/GTM tracking, produce insights, and collaborate with remote teams to drive ROAS and CPL

Qualifications

• 7–10 years hands-on Google Ads management experience.
• Experience managing campaigns for US and Canadian markets.
• Proven ability to handle monthly budgets from $20,000 to $150,000+.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
• Oversee monthly advertising budgets and ensure alignment with media plans.
• Analyze CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve performance.
• Conduct weekly QA on conversion tracking and lead quality.
• Prepare monthly client performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with web and account teams to optimize landing pages and CRO tests.
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
