Magic, Inc. in LatAm—Argentina is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs, manage a monthly spend of $225K-$250K+, and drive revenue growth through data-driven bidding and campaign optimisation.

You will lead Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns, use tROAS bidding, collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams, and report performance to senior leadership on a weekly basis. This role is fully remote with ET alignment.

Formación

• 4-6+ years of hands-on Paid Search management experience.
• Budgets of $150K+ per month ($1.5M+ annually) with performance goals.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, buildout, optimization, and daily management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.
• Manage automated bidding strategies (tROAS) and budget allocation across high-intent search, PMax, and Demand Gen channels.
• Structure and refine branded and non-branded campaigns for relevance and efficiency.
• Optimize PMax campaigns with asset groups, audience signals, and negative keywords.
• Scale Demand Gen campaigns across YouTube, Discover, and Gmail.
