Job summary

Adlatina Group is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end to end. You’ll be the direct point of contact, present results and plans, and defend your decisions.

You’ll manage the funnel from feed to landing page and tracking, across Google Ads, PMax, YouTube, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategies. This remote role welcomes global applicants, requires you to take client calls during US Eastern business hours, and rewards ownership with autonomy and

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
Ability to defend recommendations to clients.
Strong analytical skills and attribution mindset.
Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategies.
Excellent English communication for client calls.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts end to end and be the client’s main contact.
Audit accounts before changes, including structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and landing pages.
Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
Communicate results and defend decisions in client calls.
Work across GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.
