AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst to advise engineering on cloud costs and optimization, with a schedule covering APAC hours and overlap with PST/CST. You will partner with R&D teams, forecast spend, and monitor AI/LLM cost drivers.

You will triage inquiries via Slack, document root-cause analyses, and contribute to showback reporting and cost education initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in FinOps or cloud financial operations.
• Strong cloud cost management and optimization knowledge.
• Investigate spend anomalies and produce root-cause analyses.
• Partner with R&D/engineering teams to guide cloud spend.
• Forecast central vs team-level spending with accuracy.
• Familiar with OpenAI/LLM cost drivers and monitoring spend.
• Cost modeling and tracking at team level.
• Proficient with Jira and Slack for communications and docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Availability to cover APAC hours with PST/CST overlap.
• Upper-intermediate English.

• Serve as primary FinOps contact for R&D teams via Slack and other channels.
• Review monthly cloud spending with APAC colleagues and surface cost opportunities.
• Investigate anomalies, produce root-cause analyses, and suggest optimizations.
• Engage in monthly forecasting with assigned R&D teams and document plans.
• Contribute to showback reporting and cost driver awareness.
• Maintain wiki documentation and update recurring reports.
