You will triage questions via Slack, perform proactive investigations, and help forecast spend with R&D teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in FinOps, strong communication skills, and experience with OpenAI/LLM cost drivers.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of FinOps experience.
• Strong cloud cost management and optimization expertise.
• Proven ability to investigate spend anomalies and produce root-cause analyses.
• Experience advising R&D/engineering teams as a partner-facing resource.
• Cloud cost forecasting experience and aligning forecasts with team projections.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/LLM cost drivers and monitoring LLM spend.
• Cost modeling and team investment tracking.
• Upper-intermediate English level and strong written/verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for R&D teams seeking cloud cost guidance via Slack and other channels.
• Forecast monthly cloud spend with APAC-based colleagues and document recommended actions.
• Monitor cloud and AI/LLM spend for anomalies and deliver root-cause analyses and optimization recommendations.
• Contribute to monthly forecast cycles and document team plans for upcoming spend.
• Support showback reporting with cost drivers insights and participate in cost-awareness initiatives.
• Maintain and update the relevant wiki space with FinOps best practices and learnings.
• Model team cost projections and respond to inquiries via Slack and email.
