Job summary

Aesa (A-Evangelista Sa) seeks a senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to centralize data from paid media and CRM into a reliable warehouse. You will connect ad platforms to Adverity, build custom Python connectors, and design scalable pipelines from source to dashboard.

You will own CRM connections and the BigQuery warehouse, crafting robust schemas and efficient data models. This role emphasizes data quality, CI/CD, and multi-client segregation while enabling fast Looker Studio reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL tools.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform for modular transformations.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
• Proficiency with Git and multi-client data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture connecting paid media to Adverity and warehouse.
• Own CRM integration ensuring lead/enrollment data flows to the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas and performance tuning.
• Own transformation pipelines in dbt/Dataform with version control.
• Maintain CI/CD and data segregation for multi-client environments.
• Enable reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies across layers.
