Job summary

Fullstack is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to join a fast-growing performance marketing agency focused on education and nonprofit sectors. You will own the data path from ad campaigns and CRM into a centralized BigQuery warehouse, with dbt/Dataform transformations and Looker Studio dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency settings.
• Proficient in SQL with BigQuery data modeling and transformation.
• Experience with dbt or Dataform pipelines.
• Python for API connectors and automation.
• CRM data integration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate).

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM to the warehouse.
• Maintain CRM connections to ensure clean lead and enrollment data flows.
• Design and optimize BigQuery schemas, partitioning, and storage.
• Build modular SQL transformations with versioned dbt/Dataform pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation across clients.
• Enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports; translate requirements to warehouse models.
• Monitor data quality and resolve API changes, reducing latency.
