In All Media Inc is hiring a Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to join a remote, education-focused marketing agency with a strong data and analytics culture. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, from ad platforms to warehouse, CRM to BI dashboards, supporting education and nonprofit clients.

The role emphasizes scalable architecture, data quality, and cross-client data segregation, with Looker Studio reporting and automated Sheets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency environment.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platform.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with proven BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, with modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Aufgaben

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture across paid media platforms into Adverity and warehouse.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead and enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in Google BigQuery and design efficient schemas with partitioning and clustering.
• Own transformation and mapping with modular dbt/Dataform pipelines and clear naming conventions.
• Own CI/CD and data segregation with GitHub Actions and automated testing for multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer by creating fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated Sheets reports.
• Drive data quality by monitoring pipelines, validating data, and flagging risks to leadership.
