AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, validate data sources, and communicate insights with a focus on business impact.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python development, and experience with AI coding tools. Flexible schedule with remote and office options is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
