AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools, translating complex data into actionable business narratives that drive decisions.

You will own data sources, validate models, and collaborate with customers in a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment, delivering high-quality data products and maintaining data integrity

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SQL development and optimization on large datasets.
• 3+ years in Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
