Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring.
• Excellent communication, follow‑up, and organization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools.
• Availability to work in PST or EST time zones.
