Job summary

AltScore is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new customers across LATAM. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team.

You’ll work remotely within the Americas, collaborate with marketing, and use HubSpot or Salesforce to track progress, with a top‑of‑market USD base and commissions up to 50% of your salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or business development role.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and industry research.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage prospects and generate interest in AltScore’s solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and fit for our products.
• Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track interactions and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve messaging.
• Continuously learn and refine best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
