AltScore, a LATAM-based B2B credit infrastructure platform, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will be the first point of contact, identifying and qualifying potential customers for our credit solutions.

This role demands excellent communication and a proactive mindset to build our customer base and set up meetings for the sales team. Remote-first company with US-dollar salary, commissions up to 50% of base, and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
• Proven ability to engage prospects with outbound strategies.
• Self-starter with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM and sales-engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest.
• Qualify leads by understanding business needs and fit for our products.
• Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach and messaging.
• Continuously learn and refine prospecting and lead qualification.
