Political Asylum Lawyers in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager (Hands-on) to run financial operations, accounting systems, billing, payroll, and compliance. You will be the first line of financial analysis and controls, learning the firm’s systems and building reliable processes with leadership.

The role covers cash flow forecasting, monthly reporting, budgeting, A/R, A/P, trust accounting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance, preferably in law or professional services.
• Experience with trust/IOLTA accounting and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and document procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and forecasts.
• Oversee billing, collections, A/R, A/P, payroll, and trust accounting.
• Design internal controls and collaborate with leadership on planning.
