Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience managing trust/IOLTA accounting and reconcilations.
• Experience with billing systems, client payment plans, collections, and AR management.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, billing, payroll, and trust accounting.
• Lead monthly financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and billing disputes.
• Maintain internal controls and risk management.
• Coordinate with leadership and CPA for audits and tax preparation.
• Oversee finance team and vendors, delegate recurring work.
