Political Asylum Lawyers, a Houston-based immigration law firm, seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead financial operations remotely from Argentina. The role covers accounts payable/receivable, cash flow forecasting, payroll oversight, tax coordination, internal controls, reporting, and budgeting.

You'll work with the leadership team to keep finances accurate, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, A/R, A/P, payroll, and month-end close.
• Experience managing trust/IOLTA accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with billing systems, client payment plans, collections, and accounts receivable management.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day financial operations with staff and providers.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and key financial reports on time.
• Oversee billing, collections, A/R, A/P, payroll, trust accounting, and general ledger maintenance.
• Maintain clean, current accounting records and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Provide financial analysis to support budgeting and strategic planning.
