Political Asylum Lawyers seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a U.S.-focused immigration law firm. This hands-on role oversees accounting, billing, trust accounting, payroll, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting leadership decisions.

Based in Argentina and able to work remotely, you will manage budgets, prepare monthly reports, and guide process improvements with a focus on internal controls and financial planning for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with trust/IOLTA accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with billing systems, client payment plans, collections, and AR management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and documentation.
• Ensure accurate accounting, billing, AR, AP, payroll, and trust accounting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports on time.
• Maintain budgets and forecasts, and monitor cash flow.
• Oversee billing, collections, and AR aging to reduce leakage.
• Maintain internal controls and assist audits and tax prep.
